The support you've provided for this movement has already accomplished two monumental things: secured historic wage increases in the Off-Broadway arena, and ushered in  seven new councilors and a new vice-president into our union's governing body at a time when real active progressivism is needed.

But there's no time to be complacent. We still have work to do. We want to fight for higher wages, stronger contracts, more diversity both onstage and off, and further expand, develop, and strengthen the Fair Wage Movement.

However, running an organization of this size and scope turns out to cost money — like running this website. Who knew? And that's why we're asking for financial help.

Please know that while your contribution is unfortunately NOT tax deductible (we are not a 501c3), every penny is greatly appreciated, and 100% of your donation will be used to offset costs for materials, web hosting, transportation, and flashy labor propaganda that will help us spread the word of fair pay.

Thank you again for all your support. We're in this together, and together we can effect real change.

(Donations in the past helped send a founding member, the whipsmart Nick Westrate, to the TCG conference in Portland, OR, where he sat on a panel titled "Fair Compensation in the Arts" with three managing directors. Nick had the opportunity to tell a room full of theater professionals, mostly GMs, the necessity of paying labor an equitable salary. The panel was livestreamed through TCG's social media platforms.)
